Train Smarter, Develop Faster.
Pro-Level hockey development through 1-on1 coaching and video analysis
HPH is a high performance training environment that caters to the focused, driven and hard working athletes who aspire to play at the next level. We specialize in creating year round development models that fully prepare each athlete to compete at the highest levels. Through on-ice training sessions, 1-on-1 video analysis, and individualized off-ice training, we correct the individual weaknesses of our athletes while continuing to improve on their strengths. That's development.
Semi-Private Skills Sessions - Position Specific
Elite Small Group Training Sessions
Train in a true development focused environment:
- 5:1 player-to-coach ratio
- Position-specific skills training
Led by Cole Burton, a Junior A Head Coach with over 10 years experience, this program delivers high-level, detail-oriented coaching.
Every session is designed to challenge decision-making, improve execution, and accelerate development in a competitive, pro-style environment.

1on1 Video Coaching
This is where real development happens. Every session is built entirely around the individual player, breaking down game film to identify exactly what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change.
Players receive detailed, position-specific feedback on their habits, decision-making, and execution in real game situations. The focus isn’t just on what happened, but why it happened and how to improve it moving forward.
Led by Cole Burton, a Junior A Head Coach, each session delivers high-level insight typically reserved for elite-level players. You’ll walk away with a clear understanding of your game and a structured plan to improve it.
This is not generic feedback. It’s direct, honest, and tailored to help players think the game at a higher level and translate it into on-ice performance.
Group Sessions
Designed for high-performance athletes, these large group skates bring together 15–20 players in a competitive, fast-paced training environment. Sessions are built around game situation training, allowing players to develop decision-making, timing, and execution under pressure.
Each skate also incorporates station-based skill work, giving athletes the opportunity to refine key technical details while maintaining a high volume of reps.
This program is intended for elite-level players competing at the U16 AA/AAA, Jr. A, Major Junior, collegiate, and professional levels. The pace, intensity, and expectations reflect the standards required to succeed at the highest levels of the game.
Led by Cole Burton, a Junior A Head Coach, sessions deliver structured, detail-oriented coaching in an environment that pushes players to perform and improve every time they step on the ice.
